The South Lawn

The South Lawn is located just South of the Wheeler Family Historic House, and separated from South Cottonwood Regional Park by the main sidewalk. The area is great for summer, spring, and fall events.

Maximum Occupancy: For a seated function the lawn can hold approximately 150 people. Maximum number at any one time is approximately 400 people

Facilities Available

Restrooms are located at the North end of the Ice House,or inside the southeast end of the Activity Barn.

What is Included with the Rental

Enough picnic tables to seat about 150 people

Rental Times

9 am to 3 pm

4 pm to Dusk

Fees/Rental Price

$40 for half a day

$80 for a whole day

Full payment is required at the time of reservation. A date cannot be held without payment. A $50 cleaning deposit is required.
