The Ice House
The Ice House was built in 1979 as a replica of the original
Ice House built by Henry Wheeler in 1917. In 1917 the Ice House
was used as a place to store ice, harvested from the ponds, for
iceboxes, cooling drinks, and for making ice cream. Today the Ice
House can be rented for small gatherings.
Maximum Occupancy: The building can
hold up to 30 people for seated and non-seated functions

full kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, and sink
Restrooms
are located, outside at the North end of the buildings.
Emergencies: There is a
public phone by the Ice House restrooms.

9 am to 4 pm and 5 pm to 10 pm
Fees/Rental Price
$30
per hour, with a 2 hour minimum
Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
A date cannot be held without the payment. The fee is determined
by the number of hours the building is rented for. A $50 cleaning
deposit is required.
