Activity Barn

Built in 1990, the Activity Barn is excellent for large and small gatherings alike.

Maximum Occupancy: For seated functions the barn can hold approximately 150 to 200 people Maximum number at any one time is 500 people.

Facilities Available: A full kitchen: fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, sink, and a serving window from kitchen to main area. Restrooms are located at the south end of the building

What is Included with the Rental

Ten 60” round tables that seat eight people

Ten 8’ x 30” rectangular tables

One hundred and seventy-five folding chairs

Piano

Loud Speaker and Microphone

Stage (not set up)

Rental Times

9:00 am to 4:00 pm

5:00 pm to 12:00 am (midnight)

If more time is needed for set-up, shared use or
exclusive use times are available for an additional fee

Fees: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to guarantee your reservation. A date cannot be held without the deposit. There is a $125 required cleaning deposit. The cleaning deposit and remainder of rental fee are due one month prior to date of reservation.

Fee Schedule

$675 - $168 non-refundable deposit(goes towards rental fee)

Cleaning Deposit - $300: A $25 balloon/decoration fee (per balloon/decoration) will be withheld from the refund of the cleaning deposit for any balloons/decorations that are left in the rafters.

Shared use per hour: Shared use means the public is welcome to come into the Activity Barn to view the exhibits. Usually this time is used to set-up and decorates for an event.

9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday:$50

9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday through Sunday: $100

Exclusive use per hour: Exclusive use means the public is not allowed to come into the Activity Barn to view exhibits during that time period. This time may be used for set up and decorating, or to start an event earlier than 5:00 pm.
