SCHOOL TOURS

Tour Information:

All tours start at 10:00 a.m. and go on the hour. They last approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour. There are two main components to all tours, the house and the animals.

#1 Historic Victorian House: Each tour goes through the main floor of the house with a short explanation of the rooms, their function in the early 1900’s, and mention of a few antiques found in the rooms. The house was constructed in 1898 and was renovated in 1998-1999.

#2 Farm Animals: Tour guides will take the children around to see all of the animals here on the farm. Attention will be made to use terms appropriate to the age group. Visitors will have the opportunity to ask questions and see first-hand farm demonstrations with our Agriculture class.
